NOTE: There is a 1000-gallon propane tank on Tract 1 that serves the house and is owned by the Meyer Family and will be sold separately immediately after the real estate auction. SURVEY: A survey has been commissioned and will be done prior to the open house at such time we will adjust our advertised access to the exact surveyed acres and se the new figures for our contracts and closing amounts. NOTE: We will sell Tract 1 on a stand-alone total dollar basis first then follow-up with Tracts 2, 3 and 4 on a per acre bid amount using the choice method.
