Auction Terms Lot #1 (Sale Order 1 of 57) All Items are to be picked up at High Velocity Arms (4130 Lafayette Blvd, Fredericksburg VA 22408). All Winning Bidders are required to complete a background check before items can be received. The background check fee will be $27.00 payable to High Velocity Arms. All shipping for out of state bidders will need to contact High Velocity Arms for Shipping (540-993-4948). Pick-up Will only be Available for the purchaser of the firearms. You Must Meet Age Requirements
Regulations for firearms purchases at the federal level are largely based on the Gun Control Act of 1968. With age requirements, you must be at least 18 years of age to legally purchase long guns, such as rifles and shotguns, in the U.S. The legal age for purchasing handguns is 21. Individual states are permitted to have higher age restrictions for gun purchases. However, state age limitations cannot be lower than the minimum federal age.
All items are sold in as is condition with no warranties or guarantees. There will be a 15% buyers premium added to final bid of each item. It is the duty of the bidder to ascertain information about an item above and beyond the description provided by the auction company. The in person pick-up days for the auction will be the Tuesday and Wednesday following the end of the auction.
