Title work will usually be available 1-4 days after payment is received.
Auction Company does not ship, Local Pick Up Only. There is no loading dock or ramps for removal/loading purposes. Removal is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Auction company will assist in loading if possible, however loading/removal is full responsibility of purchaser. All items must be removed on or before May 31st. If you think you need additional time, contact auction company before May 31st for approval.
Some lots are located Offsite. Location of offsite items will be listed in lot description. These offsite items must be removed on or before June 16th. There will be no loading/removal assistance for offsite items.
