This is an online auction in which you, the bidder, are determining the price. Consequently, all sales are final. Understand that the final determination of the authenticity and condition of the items listed are up to the participants of the auction. The auction house performs its own due diligence for the purposes of accurate descriptions, but due to the high volume of items there are things that can be missed or overlooked. In person inspection is permitted at our premises during business hours, until 48 hours before the first lot closes in the auction. All items are sold for the purpose of being collection pieces, and should be inspected by a professional before engaging in the original intended use.

Should you win the item(s) you are bidding on, the following information will expedite our processing times and get your item(s) to you faster. Once the auction has closed, your card on file will be charged on the next business day for the lot(s) you have won. A credit card fee of 3.5% of the total will be charged. We only accept cards as a form of payment; we do not accept check, money order, wire transfer, cash or pay pal.

Once your order is processed, the card on file will be charged for shipping. We calculate and charge shipping separately in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible for individuals who win our auctions. If you are local, you are welcome and encouraged to pick up your order at the address below.

In the event that your card does not process through Proxibid's payment system, we will email you a link to a payment portal. If payment for the item(s) through this link, a separate link will be sent for shipping when the label is created.

If payment is not received within 7 days of the Auction closing, the won items will be forfeited and relisted.

 

• Orders for firearms will not be processed until a valid FFL is sent to auctions@oldsteelguns.com.

• Orders for antiques (MFG before 1898) and black powder guns will not be processed until proper identification (I.E: a driver's license or government issued photo ID) is sent to auctions@oldsteelguns.com.

If proper documentation (Valid FFL to ship to for firearms, Photo ID for antiques) is not provided within 30 days of the auction closing you will be refunded for the item(s) less a 20% restocking fee and they will be relisted.

 

We do not send invoices right away. This is due to our charging shipping separately in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible for individuals who win our auctions. You will receive a complete invoice with a tracking number once shipping has been paid. If you would like an incomplete invoice, we can send one by request. In this case, the invoice will not reflect shipping costs.

Starting off this auction is a S&W Victory Model revolver in .38S&W! This revolver comes with a USMC marked holster and a letter from Smith & Wesson. A great parkerized finish and all markings are still visible. Marked UNITED STATES PROPERTY on the top strap. The action cycles well and feels mechanically sound. The holster is a leather USMC marked holster. The letter from S&W is 2 pages describing the history of the model and its factory ship date of September 21, 1942.

This revolver was manufactured between 1917 and 1940, with a serial number indicating that it was produced at the later end of that range. It is in great condition, retaining the majority of its finish with some thinning at the crown, raised surfaces of the frame and areas that are indicative of normal operation. It is in great mechanical condition with good timing and a tactile trigger pull in both double and single action. The walnut grips are in great condition with well defined checkering, bearing the early diamond design around the screw escutcheons. The bore shows strong rifling. The bottom of the grip frame is in the white. The back strap of the grip frame shows wearing of the finish. The wood grip is in good condition. Place your bid on this lovely Uberti Cattleman 1873 Single Action Army in .45 Colt. This masterfully built revolver is directly derived from the legendary Colt 1873 Single Action Army design. It is in excellent condition, showing only a small spot of wear to the finish on the backstrap of the grip. The frame is in what Uberti terms an "Old Model" configuration, emulating the original Colt black powder frames with a base pin retaining screw at the front of the frame as opposed to the spring loaded base pin release catch that was seen in later variants of the Colt production. The frame in question displays a stunning charcoal blue finish surrounded by a nice, deep blue on the rest of the major steel components. The single-piece stock is comprised of walnut and is in excellent condition. The mechanical timing on this revolver is tight and satisfying. This beautiful revolver comes in its original box with all of its paperwork.

Attention Gunsmiths! We have an unknown black powder 1851 Navy with a .36 caliber bore/cylinder. The Revolver needs some TLC and makes for a good project for gunsmiths and students alike. The finish shows wear and brown patina across the steel. The loading lever retention lug is missing. The revolver still cycles mechanically but needs some work as it will skip occasionally on one of the chambers. Some screw heads show wear of the screw slots. The grip wood is in good condition with some surface wear. The serial number listed is hand marked and not factory original. The brass frame shows some light surface pitting in places. The muzzle shows a small portion of the bore opening having been swaged as well as the crown being filed and not square to the bore. Take this revolver home and bring it back to life!

Up for auction is an Erfurt made Luger pistol chambered for 9mm. The parts are all matching. The magazine baseplate is matching with the magazine body showing Sohmeisser Haenel on the rear spine at the bottom. This marking sits over a sun looking emblem above a K. The receiver is marked 1914 with 1920 just above, possible indication of reissue or servicing which is further supported by various unit marking stamps on the frontstrap of the grip. For this lot we have a Franz Jager Self Loading pistol in 7.65mm. Good condition with some wear to the bluing along edges. The German crowned N proof is visible 3 times on the right side. One on a cross-pin, the frame and slide. This is a less common "flat baseplate" pistol, with no spur on the magazine or respective grove on the frame. An "S" safety stamp is present on the left side-plate which is covered when the safety lever is in the off position- a detail that is rarely seen, especially in first variation pistols. There are no military marking present. The single cross-pin, address: "JAGER-PISTOLE. D.R.P. ANGEM. - D.R.G.M." and low serial number: 2920 are indicators that this is a first variation example.

Attention Colt collectors!! Place your bid on this Colt Model 1927 manufactured in Argentina in 1945 under Colt license and supervision. This .45 ACP pistol is a Colt 1911 made under special contract by Argentina for their armed forces. These pistols possess superb build quality and excellent workmanship. This example is marked for service in the Argentine Army, and does not show indications of having undergone their recycling program. The Argentine Army would remove the bluing and parkerize these for greater protection during storage, explaining the fading in some of the markings which were not always retouched. This pistol is in great condition with a smooth and tight action cycle and very little wear to the finish. It is in great mechanical order. The grip scales are comprised of molded bakelite and are in good condition, only showing a small crack to the rear of the bottom screw hole on the right scale. All serial numbers match, with the exception of the barrel which is still stamped perpendicular to the bore axis as originally configured. This is a definitely one to add to your 1911 collection!

Have a look at this lovely Type 14 Nambu manufactured in December of 1941. This is a First Series Kokubunji pistol, indicated by the marks on the right-rear of the pistol. The right most designator before the serial number here indicates that it is above the original 99999 serial numbers and is thus First Series instead of Original Series. This pistol is in remarkable condition, showing a light patina and retaining the vast majority of its original finish. The grip panels are also in great condition. The mechanisms function well, however the magazine retention spring on the front strap of the grip is broken. This beauty comes with a corresponding leather holster. The holster is in great condition with strong stitching. Part of the shoulder strap is installed, but the strap itself appears to have been severed. The inside of the flap displays Kanji in white. This holster also includes a cleaning loop and takedown punch in their respective slots.  This is a definite must-have for your WWII collection!

This mark suggests that this is a Kokura manufactured frame, which is very atypical of this time period- Type 14s that were assembled by the Kokura Arsenal in this time period were typically made with Tokyo Arsenal manufactured frames. It also has an early small trigger guard. This pistol is in remarkable condition,  retaining the vast majority of its original finish. The grip panels are also in great condition. Unfortunately the magazine is not matching in serial or Arsenal mark. The mechanisms function well. This beauty comes with a corresponding rubberized canvas holster. The holster is in great condition with strong stitching. The flap tab has a single break in the leather.  This holster also includes a cleaning loop in its respective slot. Check out this Spanish Star Model 1921 pistol in 9mm Largo. This was manufactured c.1921. The finish of the metal is in good condition with normal wear. The grip panels show wear from use. the right panel is missing a small chip on the bottom just beneath the bottom grip screw. The markings are clear and visible. The model 1921 is the only Star pistol with a grip safety. It was considered superfluous and removed a year later.

The armorers kit is in a wooden case and includes several parts for repair including: a spare barrel, 2 magazines, springs and pins, firing pins, spare grips and more! This derringer is in great condition, retaining 70-80% of its nickel plating and no crack on the frame at the pivot pin. The beautiful bone grips are in wonderful condition as well, only showing a small hairline crack on the left panel. It is in great mechanical condition, with all mechanism working as designed. This belle comes in a custom vintage hard wood display box that is cut to a tight fit for the derringer and lined with red velvet. Below the derringer cutout are slots for 18 rounds of the corresponding .41 RF, with four of the rounds in question included. Overall, the hard-wood display box is in excellent condition and even has a monogram plate affixed to the top of the lid, waiting for your initials to be engraved! Below the ordnance mark is a light-struck Iraqi jeem property marking. This rifle is likely a bring back, but bears no import marks. It is in great condition overall, with minor thinning to the finish of the metal that one would expect from time an use. The stock is also in great condition, with surprisingly little isolated dents and dings. The serial numbers on this example do not match. This rifle is in great mechanical condition with a bright bore and sharp rifling. This Mauser has a colorful history and would make a great addition to your Mauser collection!

Here's a great opportunity to own a gorgeous Mauser Standard-Modell in 7.92x57mm. These rifles were conceived and developed in 1924, but were not produced until 1933 and offered commercially for police and security guard duty. These were a direct predecessor to the Kar 98K and were seen in use in conflicts around the world suck as the Spanish Civil war, the Chaco War and by the Chinese Nationalist Army. This example is in great condition, retaining the majority of the finish on the metal with some thinning on the front ring of the receiver, front tang of the bottom-metal and normal usage wear on the bolt assembly. The receiver is stamped with the Mauser banner, and appears to have very faint and illegible markings around the Mauser banner on the top of the front ring. The appropriate German commercial proof marks are present on the left side of the front receiver ring and rear shank of the barrel, as well as the root of the straight bolt handle. All serial numbers match with the exception of the bolt assembly. The stock is in wonderful condition with only a few minor dents and dings. It is in excellent mechanical condition with a bright bore that conveys sharp rifling. This is definitely a Mauser you do not want to pass up for your collection!

These rifles were supplied to Colombia in the early 1930s in 7x57mm Mauser and later converted to 30-06 SPRG in the 1950s to meet the arsenal requirements. This rifle is in great condition and bears the Colombian crest as well as an R. Famage maker's mark. It also has a tag stating that this rifle has been checked by a government arsenal and dated February 22, 1989. The action cycle is a bit sluggish but can be easily rejuvenated with some cleaning. Otherwise, all mechanisms function as intended. It has a good bore with strong rifling. This is an excellent addition to your Mauser collection!

The sights are folding and can vary between a v-notch or flat in the rear, and a bead or hooded post in the front. The bore shows some patina but the rifling is strong and sharp. This rifle features a set trigger that appears to function, however the hammer does not remain in the cocked position, sear engagement is not felt. Here is a lovely Spanish made Union Armera 210E 12ga Shotgun manufactured in 1962 with a cast on stock designed to make it easier to aim for left hand shooters. The barrel length is 27 9/16ths with the left barrel being a FULL choke and the right being MOD choke. These are the fore runner of GrullaArmas, who is currently one of the top Spanish gunmakers. This shotgun is in fantastic condition with a wonderful case colored receiver and beautiful floral engraving. A few of the receiver screws are lightly galled. It has a double trigger and an English style stock, and 27.5" barrel. Length of pull is 14" and in addition to the cast on, the stock is also made with the toe canted out. The wood furniture has minor wear to the finish, and small areas in which the checkering are dented. This shotgun is in excellent mechanical condition with hair triggers and sharp ejection. Take a look at this Marocchi Field Master I Over/Under shotgun in 12 gauge, manufactured in 1985. This shotgun is in good condition with very little thinning to the finish. The bottom barrel appears to have a chip in the metal near the muzzle, that does not breach the wall of the barrel. The furniture is in good condition with some dents and dings that are indicative of normal use. The receiver features beautiful engraving with a pheasant scene.  This shotgun features removable chokes and has a full choke installed in the bottom barrel and an improved cylinder choke installed on the top barrel. IT is in great mechanical condition and the barrels seat square and tight to the breach on lockup. This shotgun also features an inertial SNT as it's trigger mechanism. For this lot we have a Zastava Yugo SKS Model 59/66 A1 chambered in 7.62x39mm. The rifle bears some damage from moisture on surface level. The buttstock on the right side shows this as do some small spots of rust on the exterior of the bolt and receiver. The chamber and bore are unaffected and are in good condition with sharp rifling. Some minor TLC will have the rifle good as new. The barrel has a folding bayonet and folding grenade sights installed.

For this lot we have a Remington 700 chambered in .223 Remington. The barrel has some light surface rust as does the scope mount.The very end of the bore at the muzzle has some rust as well. This rust can be cleaned away and does not appear to have caused any damage. The scope attached is a Bushnell 4-12x40mm High Contrast Optic. The bore is in good condition with sharp rifling. The synthetic stock is also in good condition. The action cycles well and feels mechanically sound.

Attention gunsmiths! We have a Remington 700 chambered for .223 Ackley Improved. The barrel shows rust. Fortunately this barrel is a thick bull barrel style and offers plenty of wall thickness to clean it up and bring it back to life. The bore is in good condition with shiny surfaces and sharp rifling. The chamber is clean and unaffected by the rust and corrosion present. The damage appears surface level only. The bolt has rust on it in places including the cocking piece and shroud. The bolt face, ejector and extractor are clean and in good condition. With some clean up and refinishing this rifle will look good to match its still well functioning mechanics. The action is snug and cycles without any apparent undue resistance.

For this lot we have a Howa 1500 with an unknown chambering (no cartridge marking present). The barrel is a replacement that is evidenced by both the lack of a cartridge marking and a 3 inch shank. The bore measures roughly 6.5mm/.260. The receiver and barrel are Cerakoted. The left side of the receiver has some corrosion in the form of rust with 2 spots showing a pit from the corrosion. The inside of the receiver shows a spot of surface rust that can be cleaned. The bore and chamber are in good condition. With some refinishing and a chamber cast this rifle can be brought back to life and fired. The stock has some foreign grit on the left side and needs some light cleaning as well but overall, the stock is in good condition.

Up for auction is an FN Special Police Rifle chambered in .260 Remington Ackley Improved. The surface shows rust and light corrosion of the right side of the receiver, bolt and trigger. Mechanically, the rifle appears unaffected by this. The bore and chamber show no rust. Inspection of the breech face shows a slight cut stemming from the machining of the extractor cut using a fly wheel cutter that was a bit too wide. This resulted in a light cut on the left side of the breech that has no affect on the operation of the rifle.

For this lot we have a Ruger M77 rifle chambered in .220 Swift. The surface has light rust from water exposure. The extractor, bolt handle and scope mount screws are the primary culprits. The bore and chamber are in good condition with some light rust in a small spot at the muzzle end of the bore. With some cleaning this gun will be fine. The Scope is a fixed magnification Burris brand with Flip-Up ocular lense cover. The magnification APPEARS to be about 6x with a 40mm Objective lense. The wood stock is in good condition with nice checkering.

Up for auction is a Federal Ordnance Mauser rifle chambered in 7x57mm Mauser. The rifle is missing its bottom metal and magazine box. The stock is synthetic and in good condition with some light grit on the interior from moisture exposure in the past. The barreled action is in good condition with light surface rust on the barrel. The barrel is imported with a Belgian Liege Proof on the shank. The bore and chamber are in good condition and the rifling is strong and sharp. Some light cleaning and sourcing of a bottom metal is needed for this rifle. There is a Burris base mount installed with a forward rotary dovetail slot.

Attention Gunsmiths! Up for auction is an Interarms Mark X rifle. Zastava made Interarms imported. The rifle has water damage in the form of surface rust to the receiver, bolt and barrel. The rust appears superficial and appears mostly on the exterior with some small spots in the action. The bore and chamber are in good condition and the rifling is sharp. no rust is apparent within the barrel. The worst of the rust is on the stocks metal end cap on the right side. The right of the stock shows some water damage to the finish. Upon inspection of the stock inside and out, the finish appears to have successfully done its job in warding off the moisture. The wood is in good condition in this way and can be refinished. The checkering is still sharp. The sling is leather and is stiff from the drying of the moisture. Take it home and bring it back to life!

Some light surface rust is present on the receiver and spots on the barrel. The bolt and magazine/plate are missing. The bore shows some corrosion of the rifling and grooves. The wood is in good shape with a plug repair behind the grip. Makes for a good project rifle!
