***Shipping***
Shipping is available on most items. Items eligible for shipping will have a shipping quote listed in the description of the item and available to you before you place a bid. If Shipping is not notated on the items description then it is not available for us to ship. You can also make arrangements to handle your own shipping but there are handling fees and such if we are involved in it other than verifying paid invoice and pick up person, letting someone in the door and showing them to your lot. Contact us for a quote if you handle your own shipping.
Items will ship within 48 hours of payment received to our bank.

Everything sells "as is, where is", No warranties/guarantees We recommend that you visit the auction site to inspect any items you'd like to buy before bidding on auction day. [viewing is October 12th and 13th from 9am to 5pm.]
Some items might be damaged, incomplete, or non operable. NO Returns, NO Exchanges and NO Exceptions. There are no bid cancellations. Auction items are not inspected and not tested unless stated in the lot description.
We do take great care in testing most things and notating if WE know that it does not work. If it has been tested it will be notated in the listing. But again we express no warranties or guarantees that items work. Items are sold as is and where is.
***Announcements***
Subject to the limitation set forth in these Bidder Terms, all terms and conditions and other announcements made by Auctioneer on the day of the Auction are binding and take precedence over any advertisements or listings. As an approved bidder, you acknowledge & agree to all terms & conditions and understands all stated announcements and agrees to them all.
Items in this sale may be new, used, overstock, store returns, open box, damaged, incomplete, non operable or expired products. All lots are sold "AS IS - WHERE IS". All Sales are Final. Sample images are representative of types of products in this lot. Actual images are provided if available. Estimated retail values and the number of items in a lot are believed to be accurate, but this information is not guaranteed. Bidders must use the lot description as the most accurate description of lot contents. NO Returns, and NO Exchanges. There are no bid cancellations. Auction items are not inspected and not tested unless stated in the lot description. We are not responsible for anything that gets lost or stolen. Please make sure you secure your own items once item is sold to you.
Please keep in mind that An item is not considered "Sold" until the Auctioneer announces Sold. If item indicates "Sold" on proxibid and our records say otherwise, We will make sure to check our recording to correct the item. Proxibid & Auctioneers do make mistakes. Please note that the Seller also has the right to remove items before, during or after the auction.
***Pickup***
Items are available for pick up on the following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday From 10am until 3pm and will be located at 810 W. Garcia Port Isabel, Tx. 78578
If you need other arrangements you must call after you've paid your invoice to make those arrangements.
Items not picked up within 72 business hours will be charged $5 a day and items not removed by the first Friday after auction close will be forfeited to the auction house to dispose of accordingly and fees will be charged to the card on file.
***Payment Terms***
Once the item has been announced "sold" you will receive an invoice. You have the option to schedule a pickup for your items or schedule shipping at which time you will receive a new invoice reflecting shipping. Shipping quotes include all material and handling fees. Items eligible for shipping have a quote listed in the description of the item. Please be aware that a refund will not be issued if you win a lot that you want shipped and it is not eligible to be shipped by us. Handling your own shipping has fees involved if you are wanting us to be involved at all.
You must pay your invoice within 48 hours of the item closing as sold. Forfeited items incur fees as described in this notice. Also you will not be able to bid in any other Proxibid auctions.
Items will not be shipped or removed until your payment has been logged into our account. No exceptions.
***Fees and other charges***
17% Buyers Premium
3.75% Card processing fee any credit or debit card we accept
8.25% Sales tax on eligible items [If you are tax exempt then you must contact ATG processing to get this inserted into your invoice. They make it easy to do.
$10 Unpaid lot removal and disposal fee
***Other Stuff***
You may not bring anything unrelated to the auction into the building. No large bags will be allowed into the building and onto the auction floor. You must leave these things in your vehicle.
This is a state licensed auction house. you may not enter with any kind of firearm whether concealed or not.
if you do not agree with this then please don't bid.
If you are picking up your items you must remove them from where they were sold. We do offer assistance where applicable but you must bring your own dolly and tie downs and people to help you carry things.
If you have a handicapped plaque, a Veteran of war or civic duty your items can be loaded for you if you call ahead and make arrangements. We love our veterans and first responders.
There are fees associated with us helping you load.
