PAYMENT & REMOVAL POLICY: ALL online and on site buyers must provide a minimum deposit the day of the sale if lot is won. Deposit amounts $0-$4,999 ($300 minimum) $5000-and above (10% minimum). Deposit will be applied to any purchase made. All items must be paid for in full by the following Monday by 4:00 pm. If you do not pay in full by Monday at 4pm following the auction, we will attempt to charge your card on file for the remaining balance. If your credit card is declined or we are unable to contact you with the numbers registered on your Proxibid account, there will be a $25 per day late fee added.

Failure to pay within the allowed time frame, will result in a late fee of $25 per day, per unit and being banned from Proxibid.com and HammerDown Auctions.

All vehicles must be paid in full before keys are released. Vehicles must be removed from the auction property no later than the Tuesday following the sale. If you are unable to remove the vehicle by that Tuesday, please make arrangements with a HammerDown staff member.
