IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING!
17.5 BP / If you have a resellers permit please upload it to your Proxibid account. Otherwise tax is 9.5 % and will be added to your invoice.

These units are both owned by the same consignor and are located in Olympia, Washington

1. Winning bidder will have 72 hours, starting Monday after the auction, to completely clean out the unit.
2. There will be a 100.00 Refundable cleaning deposit added to the total.
3. Winning bidder will be given the exact address and unit number. Please contact auction to pick up the key to the lock.
4. The Storage facility will issue a temporary pass code for three days, to allow removal of items.
5. Once units have been swept clean, please contact auction house to get your cleaning deposit refund.
6. The consignor has asked, if possible or feasible, that any personal items be dropped off at the auction house 415 Olympia Ave NE, Olympia WA 98501.
7. Personal Items are as follows;

Family Pictures
Birth/ Death Certs/ military documents.
8MM family film

8.The consignor lives in San Francisco, and these were his late mothers units.
9. His mother passed 5 years ago approximately and was a hoarder of pretty much everything.
10. Because the consignor lives in San Fransico its not convenient for them to come up here and go through the units, so they have decided to just sell them.
11. It is obvious from the cobwebs that no one has been through these units to any extent.

Unit # 7 is a 10x 30, pretty much packed she had this unit since 2018.
Unit # 5 is a 10x15 packed to the ceiling from she had this unit since 2011.

Unit 5 is a 10x15 stacked to the celling, looks like dolls, clothes , house hold & NIB items , tools

Lot #1 (Sale Order 2 of 3)

She was a collector of many things including Dolls , I saw and showcased Barbie in the pics. Possibly anything from art,vintage toys, china ? to tools , furniture etc.. Her Son said she started getting Alzheimers and started collecting all kinds of things.
These units have not been gone through. Please see information lot for details

Unit 7 is a 10x30 pretty much full , looks like dolls, clothes , house hold & racks , tools

Lot #2 (Sale Order 3 of 3)

Clothes racks , stereo equipment , tools , ladder , household items, possible collectibles etc.
Please see information lot for details. Consignor did try to make quick search for personal papers and gave up searching.
