*ANYTHING THAT EXCEEDS 2,000#, YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE FURTHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR LOADING.
DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST ITEMS TO BE PICKED UP THE DAY OF SALE IF TIME PERMITS, 10AM – 4:30PM. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS THAT GET WEATHERED, DAMAGED OR LEFT BEHIND. BE AWARE: WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR ACCIDENTS OF ANY KIND ON MACHINERY / EQUIPMENT WHILE UNLOADING EQUIPMENT & LOADING EQUIPMENT.
Items must be paid on the day of sale or within 48 hours (Next Business Day) of the purchase at our location (2101 I-69C Edinburg, Tx) or by Phone/Wire Transfer. We accept all major credit/debit cards for the full amount in person. If paid with a credit/debit card over the phone, the total is not to exceed $1,500 of the purchase amount. If your amount exceeds $1,500 total, you must wire the funds to the account information shown at the bottom of your unpaid invoice emailed to you. You must call our office to complete the process before charging your credit/debit card. Please respect the process and follow our instructions. Items are to be removed from the premises with a paid invoice. Mon. – Wed. 9am – 4:30pm.

CHECKS will be accepted on the “DAY OF SALE ONLY”, but you WILL NOT be able to remove items until the check clears our bank account. We will gladly accept money orders or cashier’s checks to speed up the process.
If any amount is paid over $10,000 in CASH, please be prepared to have your ID, SS# & your occupation for IRS Form 83 purposes.
If you are buying for Resale, Ag or Timber, please have your Valid certificates available for the exemption of sales tax.

For Texas Certified Judgments Forms, we DO NOT guarantee that any other state will honor these forms. Statement on description will state, (Late Texas Judgment Forms). You can surrender this Texas Certified Judgment Form to the State of Texas ONLY (No other state) and register for a Texas Title. For Dealer Vehicles/Trailers, it will be disclosed on the description as "Dealer" to identify that on those particular vehicles/trailers, you "MUST PAY DEALER ALL TT&L FEES FOR TITLE & REGISTRATION. VEHICLE MUST NOT BE REMOVED FROM PREMISES UNTIL PROOF OF TT&L HAS BEEN PAID TO THE DEALER. NO EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL PROVIDE THE CONTACT NAME & PHONE # OF THE DEALER ONCE IT'S BEEN PAID FOR. Keep in mind that the person registered to bid is to whom all title and paperwork will be assigned to.
