Make sure to join us for our Public Surplus Auction in Leonard, TX. This will be a live and online simulcast auction. There are a wide variety of items including a dump trailer, hoppers, generators, racking, a lot of various industrial items, plus, so much more.

Pick-Up Dates:
Saturday: After the conclusion of the auction until 5:00 PM CST, or whichever comes first
Sunday, June 30, 2024: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST
Monday, July 1, 2024 - Wednesday, July 3, 2024: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST
Any other pick-up arrangements must be made with Auction Company immediately after the auction to avoid forfeiture of your purchases. Contact Cory at (903) 821-8717 or Jacee at (940) 391-9111. All lots MUST be removed from the auction site within the stated auction date(s) above to avoid forfeiture of your purchase. If you do not pick-up your items before these stated date(s), you agree to forfeiture of your auction item and waive all rights to your purchase. No Exceptions Allowed!

Shipping:
If you need your items shipped, please notify the Auction Company immediately after the auction. Buyer is responsible for a handling fee from the auction company as well as the shipping freight and packaging cost charged by the freight company. There will be a $25 handling fee for all lot items that need to be shipped. If lot items are extra large, a $50 handling fee will apply for each lot item - this means if an item has to be crated or packaged a certain way. Auction Company is not responsible for any type of damage after the lot item is declared sold. Buyer assumes responsibility of the auction item purchased and releases and indemnifies the Auctioneer and Auction Company of any type of loss, damage, and liability. Payment:
Auction Company will email your invoice immediately after the auction is over to remit payment. Your card will be ran that is on file, unless other arrangements have been made with the Auction Company IMMEDIATELY after the conclusion of the auction. Please contact Auction Company at (940) 391-9111 by 5:00 PM CST on date of auction or at the conclusion of the auction - Please leave a detailed message with your name and bidder / paddle number and how and when you will paying for your invoice, or to run your card on file. Make sure your TAX EXEMPT information is CURRENT on your ProxiBid account PRIOR to placing a bid. No exceptions or refunds will be made.
Note: You authorize the Auction Company to run your registered card on file if you don't contact the auction company and agree to the payment terms listed in our Terms and Conditions by becoming a registered bidder in our auction.
