IMPORTANT All winning bids accepted are deemed to be a valid contract between buyer and seller. Winning bidders are required to pay the winning bid (Hammer Price) plus all fees associated with transaction. Should items not be picked up within the associated time frames buyers will be reported for non-performance and lose their to right to bid at any further Proxy Bid auctions.
