Wall-Mounted Shelving and Cabinets if Purchased by Anyone Other Than Future Tenant Will Be Removed by Our Staff and Ready for You to Load.
Any and All Equipment with a Direct Wired Electrical Connection, Gas Connection or Plumbing and Water Connection Must Adhere to the Following Requirement:
“When removing an item that is associated with plumbing or electricity, only licensed plumbers or electricians are allowed to do the removing and capping, and the space must be left as it was at delivery, ordinary removal, wear and tear excepted.”
Some Lots are Located at a Storage Unit Just North of Barrel and Vine at 204th and Dodge St, Buyers Required to Load All Items at Barrel and Vine First and Then Go Pickup Any Lots at the Storage Unit. Lots Located at the Storage Unit are: Lots 451 to 610 and Lots 620 to 651.
