Partial Terms: 15% Buyers Premium Live On-Site. 20% Buyers Premium Live Online. 7.0% Sales Tax. $100.00 Cash Refundable Deposit and Copy of Driver’s License is required in order to bid in the auction.
Removal of all merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Transport companies will be on-site for hire.
All bills must be paid in full prior to any items being removed.
We accept cash, cashier's checks made payable to Lauro Auctioneers & bank wire transfers for onsite bidders. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. In the event that the buyer of any lot fails to pay the purchase price thereof when due, the Auctioneer shall have the option, at its sole discretion, to (a) Hold the Purchaser liable for the bid price; (b) Cancel the specific sale, retaining any and all payments made by the Purchaser as liquidated damages; or (c) Resell the property, without notice, at public or private sale. In such event, the original Purchaser shall be liable for any deficiency, sale costs, commission, storage and any extra expenses, including attorney's fees.
