Make sure to join us for our upcoming Public Auction. We will have 2 Rings running simultaneously, so bring a friend! There will be a wide variety of items including Trucks, Cars, Trailers, Tractors, Golf Carts, Lawn Mowers, Motorcycles, Boats, ATV's, Semi's, Tools, Automotive Tools | Equipment | Lifts, Collector Vehicles and Items, Pristine Whizzer Motorized Bike, plus, so much more.

Ring B: Starts at *8:30 am CST
Ring A: Starts at *10:00 am CST

Auction Preview Date:
Will be on Friday prior to the auction date from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM or by appointment only. Please call Cory at (903) 821-8717 to make an appointment.
Pick-Up Dates:
You may pick-up your items with a PAID Invoice from Kiefer Auctioneers:
Saturday: After the conclusion of the auction until 5:00 PM CST, or whichever comes first
Sunday following the auction date: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST and Monday - Thursday following the auction date: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST
Shipping:
If you need your items shipped, please notify the Auction Company immediately after the auction. Auction Company does not arrange shipping. Buyer is responsible for arranging shipping. Should buyer purchase smaller items, buyer is responsible for a handling fee from the auction company, as well as the shipping freight and packaging costs charged by the freight company. There will be a $25 handling fee for all lot items that need to be shipped. If lot items are extra large, a $50 handling fee will apply for each lot item - this means if an item has to be crated or packaged a certain way. Auction Company is not responsible for any type of damage after the lot item is declared sold. Buyer assumes responsibility of the auction item purchased and releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Auctioneer and Auction Company of any type of injury, loss, damage, and liability. Any other pick-up arrangements must be made with Auction Company immediately after the auction to avoid forfeiture of your purchases. Contact Cory at (903) 821-8717 or Jacee at (940) 391-9111. All lots MUST be removed from the auction site within the stated auction date(s) above to avoid forfeiture of your purchase. If you do not pick-up your items before these stated date(s), you agree to forfeiture of your auction item and waive all rights to your purchase. No Exceptions Allowed!
Payment: Auction Company will email your invoice immediately after the auction is over to remit payment. Your card will be ran that is on file, unless other arrangements have been made with the Auction Company IMMEDIATELY after the conclusion of the auction.
Taxes: The buyer (Purchaser) is responsible for paying all taxes, relevant title fees, and licensing fees directly to the dealer after the Auction Company has collected and cleared funds for any registrable items. Out-of-state buyers and dealers are exempt from this requirement. All other tax exempt buyers must have their CURRENT and UPDATED tax exempt information and number listed on your ProxiBid account, as well as with the Auction Company. After payment has been made, no taxes will be refunded.
You authorize the Auction Company to run your registered card on file if you don't contact the auction company at the conclusion of the auction and agree to the payment terms listed in our Terms and Conditions by becoming a registered bidder in our auction.
All bidders acknowledge and agree they have read and agree to abide by the Auction Terms and Conditions listed under “Terms and Conditions” by becoming a registered bidder in this auction. All item(s) are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS without any warranty or guarantee, written or implied, with respect to any matter whatsoever.
By visiting the auction and auction site, whether previewing of auction items or operating any auction items or by simply visiting the auction or auction site as a guest or bidders representative, and/or by registering to bid in our auction, you agree that you have read, understand, and fully agree to abide by all the terms listed in our Terms and Conditions, as expressly implied.
