Pickup Information.

Lot #0a (Sale Order 2 of 96)

Pickup: All items are located at 1400 W. Third Street, Farmville, VA 23901. Pick up can be scheduled at the Farmville site or two Richmond locations. Pickup at 1400 W. Third Street in Farmville will be Friday, Aug. 9 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Pickup in Richmond will be Saturday, Aug. 10 from 8-10 in the parking lot located at 14645 Hancock Village St., Chesterfield, VA 23832 and on Saturday, Aug. 10 from 11-1 in the parking lot of 187 Wadsworth Drive, Richmond, VA 23236. You must schedule a time to pickup your items. You can do so by using the link that is emailed to you after the auction or by using the link at the top of our website page at www.dixonsauction.com. Any items not picked up may be considered abandoned.
When picking up items, please bring assistance for larger items. Equipment and loading assistance will be available for an additional $1/minute/per man, with a minimum of $15. If loading assistance is needed, please make arrangements with the auction house prior to pickup.

Store to Store Transfers

Lot #0b (Sale Order 3 of 96)

Store-To-Site Transfers: Items that are won can be transferred from the
Farmville, VA location to one of two Richmond, VA locations. Pickup in Richmond will be Saturday, Aug. 10 from 8-10 in the parking lot located at 14645 Hancock Village St., Chesterfield, VA 23832 and on Saturday, Aug. 10 from 11-1 in the parking lot of 187 Wadsworth Drive, Richmond, VA 23236. You must schedule a time to pickup your items.
If you are unable to make your STS pickup, a $25 rescheduling fee will be applied.
Each lot will have a STS cost on it to notify bidder of STS eligibility and fees. STS cost is based on weight and how much storage space the item will take. Please be advised that STS Transfers are conducted every other Saturday, so if you need your items quicker, pickup will be your best option.

Delivery to your location is available, if you choose this option. Please call Julee or Allie at Elite Sales (434-406-2437) for rates.

Shipping Information.

Shipping: We do all shipping in house. After the auction ends you will receive your Proxibid invoice, but you will also receive an invoice via email from our shipping program called (ShippingSaint). Once you pay this invoice your items will be sent out for delivery. We do shipping through UPS, USPS, & Fedex, it all depends on which service is less expensive. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, box size, materials used, labor (prorated), & item location (in house or onsite). If you have a preferred shipping company, please contact us to make this request. Shipping is generally done within 6-7 business days, but could take longer depending on the amount of items.
