The Corvettes were all white and this car has been painted green and the original red interior is now black. It has the black soft top there and is black. The car is powered by the Blue Flame 6 cylinder motor and not running. Motor #Y537520. It has 3 Carter Carburetors and no air cleaner. The car has a 2 speed powerglide transmission. The odometer shows 33,298 miles and there is an hour meter that shows 67,656 engine hours. It has a tach, the spare tire is there. There is some damage on the fiberglass body. For over 60 years, their friendship took them all over the United States hunting those classics Corvette Cars and parts. They put the miles on going to swap meets, car shows, following leads, and auction. Bringing home their treasures. Bill Slaven though, would buy to SAVE and Bob would buy to sell. Little did Bob know that his car friend, had accumulated such a hoard of Corvettes, parts, and more. Bill brought them home and DROVE them into storage units, farm barns, and his own shop. Health Issues started to plague Bill and he wasn't able to go on as many car hunts with Bob. Bob got that phone call and knew something was wrong. Bill Slavens passed away and Bob took on the task of going back through history and the years of friendship, by cleaning and sorting through Bill's collection. Bob didn't realize that his friend, had squirreled away those cars for so many years. Months of cleaning and locating, Bob will now offer his friends Collection at auction.
