You will receive an itemized invoice from Proxibid detailing your winning bids and a SEPERATE Invoice from Hampton House for payment - This is the one you pay. 1. - Open the Invoice from HAMPTON HOUSE AUCTIONS and pay. 2. - Pick up and pay onsite with your card. 3. - Pay Cash at pick up and save credit card processing fee. ALL INVOICES must be paid by end of pick up day or will be reported as a NON-PAYOR to Proxibid. Items will be forfeited and reinstatement fees will apply. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS You will receive an invoice report from Proxibid showing your winning lots. Next you will receive a separate invoice from SWIPE SIMPLE - from HAMPTON HOUSE AUCTIONS. SHIPPING POLICY

We provide in house shipping to distant customers and local residents that miss their pick up for qualifying items. Process take 2 to 4 weeks depending on the size and difficulty of the the packing. Oversize orders take longer. Some small order will ship much quicker. Customers will be charged the actual shipping cost plus packing materials, credit card processing fee and handling fee. You will be sent a separate invoice for shipping throught hampton house. Once it is paid your package will be sent. In the event we are unable to collect shipping, your purchase is forfeited without refund. You will receive and email and tracking number from the carried once shipped. If you have any questions, please call 864-320-3618 and leave a voicemail message and we will call you back.

NON-PAYMENT POLICY

Lot #C (Sale Order 3 of 120)

Regarding non-paid auction purchases ***in the event payment for purchases are not collectible a non-paid customer report will be filed with proxibid the following day of scheduled pick up. After several attempts to request payment by the auction house and proxibid to settle the account and no payment is made customer will be black flagged by proxibid and you will be denied access to bid on any proxibid auction until settlement is made to the auction house and reported to proxibid. In addition to settlement with the auction house for purchases made an additional minimum reinstatement fee of $25 will be charged by the auction house as an administrative processing and collection fee. If the unpaid purchase is over $75 the minimum reinstatement fee is $50. If original items in question are no longer available, bidder will pay moneys lost by auction house for non payment (buyers premium, plus the reinstatement fee) to be cleared to bid again. Hampton house auctions reserves the right to continue to block you from their auctions only after settlement has been made at their discretion.
