Real Estate sells on an 'AS IS, WHERE IS? basis with NO warranties of any kind, expressed, implied, or otherwise. 10% Buyer?s Premium. $25,000 cashier?s check must be deposited into escrow of the attorney for the Debtor by Wednesday, December 11, 2024 @ 10am, contact Auctioneer for information.
