It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. CHECKOUT PICKUP/REMOVAL

PICKUP/REMOVAL: ----------- Checkout days and times will be listed on the invoice or stated that appointments are required. CHECKOUT DATES ARE USUALLY 2 DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION - DATES VARY DEPENIDNG ON WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS AND ALLOTED TIME BY BUILDING/OWNER. Checkout days and times can change due to unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, landlord/owner issues, etc.) If checkout dates are changed all bidders will be contacted at the phone number listed on their Invoice. ----------- Buyer/Bidder is fully responsible for physically handling their winning bids and removing from the auction location / property in the allotted time for checkout. ----------- Buyer/Bidder is fully responsible for all phases and aspects of any items requiring disassembly and removal, including electrical and water disconnection, capping electrical wires, and water lines to avoid any damage to the building/auction location. Please be sure to bring the manpower, necessary tools, ladders, moving blankets, bubble wrap, etc. ----------- The auction company does not provide tools, does not provide loading assistance or labor. ----------- The buyer/bidder is responsible for ANY and ALL DAMAGES to all real/personal property that is damaged as the result of the removal of their item, including if the damage was done by their mover/shipper. The buyer is responsible to restore/repair any and all damages. ----------- Please be sure to use the proper equipment and tools and hire a professional for disassembly. ----------- Failure to remove merchandise within the time specified will result in a forfeiture of all monies received. Such forfeiture(s) shall constitute a breach of contract and all purchasers shall remain liable and at risk for any loss, expense, and damages arising from said defaults. The auction does not make any commissions/referral fee on the recommendations of movers. It is the buyer’s/bidder’s responsibility to verify and decide on the mover/shipper. ----------- The cost of shipping and packing is the sole responsibility of the buyer/bidder. If the bidder for whatever reason, refuses to pay for shipping/packing costs (for whatever reason) the bidder is still responsible for payment of the item. ----------- IF THE BIDDER DOES NOT WANT TO PAY FOR MOVING OR SHIPPING CHARGES (FOR WHATEVER REASON) - THE BIDDER IS STILL RESPOSNIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF THE ITEMS WON THROUGH PROXIBID. ----------- THERE WILL BE NO REFUND DUE TO SHIPPING OR MOVING CHARGES BEING MORE THAN THE BIDDER WANTED TO PAY.
