Loadout Information

Lot #02 (Sale Order 3 of 294)

Free Loadout: Time period is Mon.-Fri. April 4th through April 17th, between 7 AM and 3 PM.
Definition of Free Loadout: A staff member will be on hand to operate a loader to assist with loading your items onto your trailer. Any small items that can be removed by hand must be loaded by the buyer of the said item.
After April 17th: an appointment is required and a $25 per lot loadout fee will apply for any items that remain after the Free Loadout period. Including items that are arranged with the rigger to be shipped with installed items.
All uninstalled items must be removed by April 2th.

To help avoid confusion, please make sure the Trucking Broker and/or the Truck Driver has a copy of your invoice when he arrives pick up your items

Rigging Process & Terms

Lot #02A (Sale Order 4 of 294)

Responsibility of Buyers <div> Rigging is completely the buyer's responsibility. We highly recommend you hire the recommended riggers. If you do choose to do your own rigging or hire another rigger, you must provide us with satisfactory proof of liability insurance coverage of at least 1 million dollars (more if specified in the auction terms). All buyers are completely responsible for any damage they do to their own equipment or anyone else's property or equipment while rigging. </div> Bright Star Auctions is only recommending the rigger to the buyers. If a buyer elects to hire this rigger, they must understand that they are entering into an agreement and hiring him and not hiring Bright Star Auctions. Any issues that come forth from this arrangement are to be resolved between the buyer and the rigger. <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>A detailed quote is available from the recommended rigger by request. </li> <li>It is the buyers responsibility to communicate with the rigger any special rigging requests. </li> <li>If the buyer elects to do their own rigging or hire a different rigger, they must communicate and abide by the timelines set forth in this auction. Failure to do so will result in the recommended rigger removing the said item and the buyer will be responsible to pay the price that was set forth on the original quote. </li> <li>The buyer is responsible for providing the trucking/logistics to have his items shipped. </li> <li>Once the rigger completes the job and leaves the auction, the buyers are on their own and may need to bring in their own equipment to loadout. </li></ul> Each Item is labeled as follows: Item Requires Rigging: Any item that needs to be unbolted, torched, or disconnected in any way, whether from the structure or electrical, is deemed to need rigging. Loading Fee will Apply: Any large, uninstalled item that needs to be loaded using a rented loader or crane. A loading fee will be charged. Eligible for Free Loadout: Smalls and palletized items that can easily be loaded with a small loader.  Definition of Free Loadout: A staff member will be on hand to operate a loader to assist with loading your items onto your trailer. Payment Information

Lot #03 (Sale Order 5 of 294)

Payment terms: 10% Onsite and 15% Online Buyer's Premium in effect for all purchases. Cash, check, wire transfer. Cash Payments totaling $10,000 or more will not be accepted. Credit cards are only accepted on invoices with a total of less than $2500. All payments are due immediately upon receipt of your invoice. Onsite buyers, payment is due the day of the auction. Onsite payments will only be accepted at the auction location on auction day up to one hour post auction. After that, payment must be made to the corporate office by calling 574-825-0704. If onsite bidders wish to send a wire and still be assessed only the onsite buyers premium, they must present a bank letter of credit (with limit stated equal to or higher than the amount owed by bidder) and wire must be sent no later than one business day after the auction.
