Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval
To all Bidders -
10% Buyer's Premium for all lots sold + Add'l 5% Buyer's Premium for online winning bids.
When registering PLEASE KNOW that the business name/personal name you provide will be how the invoices & titles will be filled in!
Payment Instructions: Payment in full is before pick-up dates unless other arrangements are made. Purchases >=$5,000 will require a wire transfer.
Credit card on file will be charged automatically 72 hours after end of auction if payment hasn't been made or other arrangements agreed upon.
Please make sure, before bidding, you are able to do this or have made previous arrangements with Wal-Lee Auction Company.
Sales Tax will be added to all purchases unless you provide proper tax exempt documentation (not just your sales tax number but must be EXEMPT documentation).
Shipping Instructions: Shipping Not Available
Load Out: Bring own labor and equipment to load out. If 8', 9', 12', 20' or 40' containers are purchased, they must be loaded and moved at bidder's expense. Pickup and transport arrangements must be made by bidder.

Pick Up Dates/Times: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - MUST call to schedule pickup (936) 650-2385 OR (936) 222-1074.
April 23rd-25th 7am-3pm, April 28th-May 2nd 7am-3pm, May 5th-9th 7am-3pm
Items not picked up by 3pm on 5/14/2025 will be charged a $25/day storage fee per item. Anything not picked up by 3pm on 5/20/2025 will be resold on consignment in future auction.
Please know that this is an auction. We have made every attempt to provide useful information about each item, but a full mechanical/technical inspection has not been performed. Know that there may be certain underlying issues that we are not aware of and that you are bidding and buying these items with that in mind. If we find that anything is wrong WE WILL TELL YOU. If we aren't quite sure we will sell the item as condition unknown. Remember the time-honored phrase, As Is, Where Is.
