Lot #1 (Sale Order 1 of 12)

Terms: All items will be sold "As Is". Buyers shall rely entirely on their own information, judgment, and inspection of property and records. Auctioneer will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Any other terms or conditions will be announced the day of the auction and will take precedence over printed matter. Please read the complete terms under the "Terms Of Sale" tab prior to bidding.

Lot #2 (Sale Order 2 of 12)

At the close of auction, winning bidders will be invoiced by email, you will need to monitor your email and pay your invoice. All invoices must be paid in full by 5:00 PM PST on the day following the auction. Buyers not paid in full by that time will be handed over to Proxibid/LiveAuctioneers for non-payment. All invoices are sent by email immediately following the close of auction. If for some reason you do not receive your invoice by email, you must contact our office 760-724-0423 immediately.

Sales tax will be added to the purchase price of all taxable items. Buyers who purchase for resale must provide a resale certificate Before The Auction Closes, or pay the sales tax.

Buyer's Premium: 27% Buyers Premium added to the final hammer price. This covers the internet premium charged by Proxibid.
