HOME WILL BE  SOLD AT  1 PM. MAY 3 ON LOCATION AT LAMPASAS HIGH SCHOOL.
AUCTION WILL BE LIVE IN PERSON AND ONLINE WITH PROXIBID.

Underfloor insulation material will be provided and left inside home.

SPECIAL TERMS PLEASE READ:
Upon conclusion of auction successful bidder shall $5,000. escrow with remaining balance due within 5 business days of auction conclusion. Failure to remit balance will result in forfeiture of escrow. 
Home must be removed from current location within 60 days.
Mover must provide insurance  that identifies Creating Badger Builders/ Lampasas Schools not responsible for damage in transit.
Payment: $5,000. due upon auction closing with balance due in 5 days.
Payment method: Auction day escrow by cash or check if onsite. If online bidder is successful escrow must be paid by wire transfer by 12 noon central standard time Monday May 5. with balance paid by wire transfer not later than 12 noon central standard time Friday May 9. Online bidder will be provided wire instructions via email Monday morning May. 5.
