We have always operated this machine with a team of two, consistently achieving a steady output of 750-825 pallets per 8-hour shift. The machine is extremely simple to operate and speaks for itself, with no improvements or updates needed beyond regular weekly maintenance. It has no defects and has been impeccably maintained throughout its operation. A manufacturer service technician recently conducted a full service and remarked that this is the cleanest, most well-maintained machine they've seen since these models went into production. Having built approximately 150,000 recycled pallets, the machine performs flawlessly and as intended. Currently in daily production, we welcome anyone to come out to observe, operate, and inspect the machine prior to auction day. It runs smoothly, cleanly, and tightly. Included with the machine are approximately six skids of nails, comprising several skids of 1-3/4 nails and several skids of 2 nails.
