Auction Preview Date:
Will be on Friday prior to the auction date from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM or by appointment. Please call Cory at (903) 821-8717 to make an appointment.
Pick-Up Dates:
You may pick-up your items with a PAID Invoice from Kiefer Auctioneers:
Saturday: After the conclusion of the auction until 4:00 PM CT, or whichever comes first.
Sunday following the auction date: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CT and Monday - Thursday following the auction date: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM CT
Any other pick-up arrangements must be made with auctioneer immediately after the auction to avoid forfeiture of your purchases. Contact the Auction Company(s) at 940-391-9111 or 903-821-8717. All lots MUST be removed from the auction site within the stated auction load-out date(s) above to avoid forfeiture of your purchase. If you do not pick-up your items before the deadlines, you agree to forfeiture of your auction item and waive all rights to your purchase without a refund. No Exceptions Allowed!
Shipping:
If you require shipping for your items, please notify the Auction Company immediately after the auction. While the Auction Company does not handle shipping, we can assist with smaller items for a handling fee. Buyers of smaller items will be responsible for the handling fee, as well as shipping and packaging costs from the freight company. A $25 handling fee will apply for all lot items that need to be shipped, while larger items will incur a $50 handling fee per lot. If items require crating, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange and coordinate the shipping. The Auction Company is not liable for any damage once the item is declared sold. Buyers must arrange shipping through a company of their choice, and the Auction Company is not responsible for any damage after the sale. The buyer assumes responsibility for the purchased item and agrees to indemnify and hold the Auctioneer and Auction Company harmless from any injury, loss, damage, or liability. Any alternate pick-up arrangements must be made with the Auction Company immediately after the auction to avoid forfeiting your purchase. All items must be removed from the auction site within the specified date(s), or the buyer will forfeit the item and waive all rights to it.
Payment:
Auction Company will email your invoice to you immediately after the auction is over to remit payment. You have until 5:00 PM CST or at the conclusion of the auction, which ever comes first, to make payment arrangements before your card on file will be ran.
Make sure your AG TAX EXEMPT and/or Reseller information is CURRENT on your account. Otherwise, you will be charged taxes. No exceptions nor refunds will be made.
Buyer (Purchaser) must contact Auction Company at (940) 391-9111 by 5:00 PM CST on date of auction or at the conclusion of the auction. Please leave a detailed message with your name and bidder / paddle number and how and when you will paying for your invoice, or to run your card on file.
You authorize the Auction Company to run your registered card on file if you don't contact the auction company at the conclusion of the auction and agree to the payment terms listed in our Terms and Conditions by becoming a registered bidder in our auction. The cost to run your card on file is an additional 3.79% of your invoice total.
Wire Transfer’s must be received by auction company the following business morning after the auction - All payment information and wire transfer instructions will be emailed to all winning Buyer's (Purchaser) after the auction from Kiefer Auctioneers (not ProxiBid) so please check your junk and spam folders.
All bidders acknowledge and agree they have read and agree to abide by the Auction Terms and Conditions listed under “Terms and Conditions” by becoming a registered bidder in this auction. All item(s) are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS without any warranty or guarantee, written or implied, with respect to any matter whatsoever.
Injury and Damage:
The Bidder and/or Purchaser acknowledges and accepts full responsibility and liability for any personal injury or property damage caused by themselves, their guests, agents, employees, contractors, or others under their direction. The Bidder and/or Purchaser agrees to hold Kiefer Auctioneers, LLC, the Seller, and the Event Land Owner(s) harmless from any claims related to personal injury or property damage to themselves, their guests, agents, employees, contractors, or any other parties. The Purchaser and/or Bidder also releases the Auctioneer, Seller, and Event Land Owner(s) from any and all liability arising from the auction preview, auction day, removal, load-out, transportation of purchased items, and any future use of the purchased goods.
By attending the auction or visiting the auction site, whether to preview items, operate any auction items, or simply as a guest or representative of a bidder, and/or by registering to bid, all interested parties agree that they have read, understood, and fully agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this auction. This agreement is implied upon becoming a registered bidder, whether online or onsite.
