Payment:
Cards: The card on file with Proxibid will be charged automatically at the end of the auction. Please ensure that you have a sufficient available balance on your card for your online purchases. A $5 charge will be added to your invoice if a card is declined.
Cash: Buyers wishing to pay by cash must email SD Surplus Auctions at least 12hrs before the bidding closes to get the discount. Email: contact@sdsurplusauctions.com Winning bidders will be sent an e-mail invoice/receipt 1-2hours after the auction closes.
NO PACKING, NO SHIPPING

Inspection is welcome and HIGHLY recommended. We are not experts, there may be some testing information in the description but please verify, test & inspect items before bidding.
LOADING: Come prepared with an appropriate vehicle, tie downs, straps, tools, equipment, dollies, packing materials, boxes and manpower to load your purchases. You are responsible for the safe pickup/removal and transportation of your items at your expense and risk. Depending on the availability of our staff there may be some assistance available from us. A forklift is available upon reasonable request. Measurements in the catalog descriptions are approximate and in this format: Length (right to left), x Width/Depth (front to back) x Height (top to bottom).
TAX EXEMPT ? - Please fill in and email us a Resale Certificate from the link below 24hrs prior to bidding closing. Buyers MUST have a sellers permit verified on file when the bids close otherwise tax will be applied.

PARKING: No customer parking available, park at your own risk. Regular metered street parking can be found all around our block. There is also a large grocery parking lot on the next block. There is a small limited loading area (not parking) once customers have checked out and have their lots ready for loading.
