This auction will be conducted online only. Please review the following rules and information to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience:
Secure Payment and Billing:
- Credit card payments are accepted for transactions of $3,000 or less. For transactions above this limit, we accept cash, company checks, or wire transfers.
- A 4% surcharge fee will be added to all credit card payments.
- All items must be paid by Wednesday, May 28th at 5:00 PM.
- No item will be released until checks clear if paying by check.
Pick-Up Instructions:
- All pick-ups are by appointment only. **DO NOT** show up without an appointment.
- After the auction concludes, we will contact all buyers for payment and to schedule appointments.
- There will be no assistance at the yard with loading and unloading. Buyers are responsible for bringing the necessary equipment and manpower for their items. If sending a driver to pick up, please ensure they bring a printed paid invoice to collect the items.
- Please remember that in order to pick up items you must have your printed paid invoice with you.
- Failure to pick up items by the deadline will generate a $25 daily storage fee for up to 10 days. After 10 days, items will be considered abandoned with **NO REIMBURSEMENT**.
- Pick up Dates will be May 26 - May 28
Titles:
- Titles will be sent out via FedEx under the name of the Proxibid account owner.
Condition and Previews:
- All items are sold "where is, as-is" with no warranties. This is a sale from a bankruptcy.
- Please make any inquiries prior to bidding.
- Previews are available by appointment only. **DO NOT** show up at the location without an appointment.
- All hard drives have been removed from the computers and laptops in this auction. Buyers of any electronic items must sign a promissory letter stating that if any hard drives are discovered in the purchased units, they will be immediately destroyed or returned to the seller. Some computers may also be missing RAM. Inspection is highly recommended before bidding or purchase. These conditions are mandatory and non-negotiable.
