BIDDING TURNS TO SIMULCAST AUCTION: Saturday; May 24th @ 10:00 AM Online bidding turns into a live auction with the ability to bid in person or online. There is no guarantee that the online portion will not have a delay. ONLINE BUYER PICK UP DATE: MONDAY; May 26th 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or By Appointment on later than May 30th. Payment must be made prior to removal of items. PICK UP LOCATION: 2425 Johnstown Utica Rd NW Utica, OH. 43080 AUCTION TERMS: All items sell in the AS-IS condition with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller or the Auctioneer. Buyer is responsible for previewing items to make sure the condition is what they want prior to placing a bid. Titles will be mailed within 30 days of payment. There is a $50 per title fee charged to the buyer. Buyer shall at their own risks be responsible for removal of items and also be responsible for any damage to building or grounds during removal.
