ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD ON PALLETS; THEREFORE, ALL PALLETS MUST BE PICKED UP BY A TRUCK OR A TRAILER, NO EXCEPTIONS! PALLETS WILL NOT BE BROKEN DOWN ON SITE.
YOU MUST TAKE EVERYTHING ON PALLET AS IT IS. EVERY SINGLE LOT IS SOLD AS (ONLY WHAT'S DESCRIBED).

DATES FOR PICK UP IS MON. JUNE 23RD THROUGH THURS. JUNE 26TH FROM 8AM TO 5PM. YOU MUST SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT BEFORE GOING TO PICK UP AT THE HARLINGEN ISD WAREHOUSE. CONTACT PHONE # IS (956) 893-1081. YOU MUST HAVE A PAID IN FULL INVOICE & VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE OR STATE ID WITH YOU IN ORDER TO PICK UP. IF CUSTOMER IS SENDING SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP; THEY WILL NEED TO BRING A COPY OF CUSTOMERS PAID IN FULL INVOICE AND A COPY OF EACH OF THEIR DRIVER’S LICENSES, SAME RULES APPLY FOR FREIGHT COMPANY. ALSO, IF CUSTOMER HIRES A FREIGHT COMPANY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPPING OR STRAPPING DOWN EQUIPMENT; THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
MUST FOLLOW THESE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU ARE A BUYER:
Customer Must call for appointment in order to pick up items.
Contact Info will be listed on paid in full invoice.
If an appointment is NOT made, customer will be turned away!
Customer MUST have a paid in full invoice with a valid driver’s license or state photo ID in order to pick up items.
Customer MUST get paid in full invoice STAMPED at time of pick up for deposit.
We will not reimburse deposit if paid in full invoice is not stamped.
Receipt WILL NOT be stamped at a later date, no exception!
Pallets WILL NOT be broken down on site, no exception!
If a freight company is hired, freight company MUST have their own loading equipment, such as pallet jacks, tie straps etc.
We will not be responsible for prepping or strapping down equipment.
Buyers must call our office to make an appointment and provide the freight company with proper documentation for pick up. {copy of paid in full buyers’ receipt and driver’s license’s}
NOTE FOR LIVE & ONLINE BUYERS: $100.00 DEPOSIT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE FOR THIS EVENT. Reimbursement will be determined when all items purchased are picked up and cleared by Harlingen ISD staff, nothing is to be left behind. Keep in mind that if you pay with a credit/debit card, your reimbursement will be mailed to you in the form of a check. If you come in person to pay cash, we will then return your deposit in the form of cash when all items are removed. You will have MON. thru THURS. 8AM – 5:00PM to clear all items purchased from the facility unless special arrangement is made for Transport Only, but it must be cleared first by Harlingen ISD staff. If you remove items after the time frame, we may allow it, but you will still lose your deposit. We appreciate your patience & thank you in advance for your efforts!
LOADING ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE ONLY TO LOAD PALLETS ONTO TRUCK OR TRAILER BUT NOT TO ARRANGE PALLETS IN THE TRUCK OR TRAILER. DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST ITEMS BE PICKED DURING THE TIME FRAME GIVEN. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS THAT GET WEATHERED, DAMAGED, STOLEN OR LEFT BEHIND. BE AWARE: WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR ACCIDENTS OF ANY KIND ON MACHINERY / EQUIPMENT WHILE UNLOADING EQUIPMENT & LOADING EQUIPMENT.
Items must be paid on the day of sale or within 48 hours (Next Business Day) of the purchase at our location (2101 I-69C Edinburg, Tx) or by Phone/Wire Transfer. We accept all major credit/debit cards for the full amount in person. If paid with a credit/debit card over the phone, the total is not to exceed $1,500 of the purchase amount. If your amount exceeds $1,500 total, you must wire the funds to the account information shown at the bottom of your unpaid invoice emailed to you. You must call our office to complete the process before charging your credit/debit card. Please respect the process and follow our instructions. Items are to be removed from the Harlingen ISD warehouse premises with a paid in full invoice. Mon. – Thurs. 8am – 5:00pm.

*If you are buying for Resale, Ag or Timber, please have your Valid certificates available for the exemption of sales tax.
