Union Pacific Railroad is selling surplus equipment located across the U.S. These items are being sold As Is Where Is and in the condition they are in � We have provided descriptions and estimations of condition for your convenience but these aren�t to be considered guarantees of condition or functionality.

This will be an online only auction. Bidding will begin a few days before the auction. You can pre-bid throughout the process. You can also enter a maximum bid and Proxibid automated system will bid for you along the bid increments. You can bid during the closing of the auction as well. If a bid is submitted within the last minute of bidding a 45 second extension will be added.

Item location is specific to each item and will be indicated in the description of each item.

Buyers Will Be Charged A 10% buyer's premium on all purchases. Invoices will be mailed at the conclusion of the auction from doug@blackmonauctions.com. If you don�t see your invoice in your inbox PLEASE check junk/spam folder! Payment is expected before the end of the day of auction or the next morning.

ITEMS MAY BE SUBJECT TO STORAGE FEES OF $50 PER DAY BEGINNING 30 DAYS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.. DO NOT ASSUME THAT UPRR WILL LOAD YOUR ITEM. THERE MAY LIKELY BE NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL NOR A LOADING DOCK AT LOCATION - SO SEND THE RIGHT TRAILER AND THE RIGHT DRIVER AND BE PREPARED PLEASE. EVEN SEND A KEY FOR THE MACHINE YOU BUY. CONTACT THE NAMED CONTACT FOR EACH ITEM YOU BUY BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR TRUCK FOR PICK UP. SEND YOUR PAID AUCTION INVOICE WITH YOUR DRIVER OR THEY WILL NOT BE LOADED
