Notice is hereby given that under and pursuant to the California Civil Code section 1988(b); Section 6066 of the Government Code any other applicable CA Statutes, that the items of property listed below is believed to be abandoned by Little Miss Brewing LLC, and all other owners, occupants, partners, tenants and/or subtenants at address: 3192 Commercial St., San Diego CA 92113. Items will be sold at a Public Auction by Road Islands Investments LLC to be offered in individual and or bulk lots at a competitive bid sale through an Online Auction on June 11th, 2025, at 10am. Inspection will be from 10am to 4pm on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025.
