Any errors made in picturing or describing items do NOT negate the buyers responsibility to pay for their purchases. We will make every attempt possible to correct these errors before each lot hits the Auction Block. There is a 3% internet premium for ALL items purchased online- REGARDLESS how you pay.

You as the buyer are responsible for all shipping and trucking of ALL items that you buy. J Martin Auctions LLC can give references, but are not responsible for ANY coordination or expenses.

There is a $50 title handling fee for all titles and registrations regardless of what the item sells for. The name you register in must match the name that you want your title in.

There is 10% buyers' premium on all items $1000 and under. all items $1001 and over there is no buyers' premium

after 14days, all items left in the yad become property of J Martin Auctions LLC. Buyers will NOT get reimbursed. Items either get scrapped or resold.

As soon as an item is struck off to you, you own it. There is no backing out or not paying.
