The Following Terms are the auction company's guidelines and rules for ALL Bidders. When Registering to bid, you are contractually agreeing to these terms of sale whether registering online. 13% Buyer's Premium Online Must register with a credit/debit card. A $1.00 hold will be placed on card until conclusion of sale and items are picked up Prompt, pickup day removal of all items required ALL ITEMS SOLD AS-IS-WHERE-IS To Avoid Storage Fees, All Purchased Items MUST be Removed on scheduled Pickup Day JUNE 25, 2025 FROM 9:00AM-5:00PM, Contact us Prior to Sale Day for Special Removal Arrangements All Sales are Final, Highest Bidder is Responsible for Purchasing the Item they Bid on Winning Bidders/Buyer's will be held responsible to pay for ANY & ALL collection efforts on behalf of T&T Realty and Auction LLC. - This includes but is not limited to attorney fees, filing fees, and collection fees that may be incurred by T&T Realty and Auction LLC. in efforts to collect from unpaid bidders Any Invoice not paid by JUNE 25, 2025 by 5:00PM WILL BE subject to an additional 10% Late Fee All Items Sold As-Is Where-Is, No Warranties Implied or Expressed by auctioneer, auction company, or seller.
