ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD ON PALLETS; THEREFORE, ALL PALLETS MUST BE PICKED UP BY A TRUCK OR A TRAILER, NO EXCEPTIONS! PALLETS WILL NOT BE BROKEN DOWN ON SITE.
YOU MUST TAKE EVERYTHING ON PALLET AS IT IS. EVERY SINGLE LOT IS SOLD AS (ONLY WHAT'S DESCRIBED). SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: ONCE ITEMS ARE PAID FOR, YOU MUST PICK UP ALL ITEMS WITH A PAID INVOICE DAY OF SALE IF TIME PERMITS OR STARTING ON MON. JULY 14TH THRU WED. JULY 16TH, FROM 9AM TO 4:30PM. LOCATION FOR SEVERAL OFFSITE ITEMS WILL BE LISTED ON THE DESCRIPTION AS WELL AS THE TIME FRAME FOR PICK UP. **NO LOADING ASSISTANCE FOR ANY OFFSITE ITEMS**

NOTE FOR LIVE & ONLINE BUYERS: $100.00 DEPOSIT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE FOR THIS EVENT. Reimbursement will be determined when all items purchased are picked up and cleared by our staff, nothing is to be left behind. Keep in mind that if you pay with a credit/debit card, your reimbursement will be mailed to you in the form of a check.
If you come in person to pay cash, we will then return your deposit in the form of cash when all items are removed. You will have MON. thru WED. 9AM – 4:30PM to clear all items purchased from the facility unless special arrangement is made for Transport Only. If you remove items after the time frame, we may allow it, but you will still lose your deposit or $25.00 Storage fee per day, per item will be charged depending on the circumstance. We appreciate your patience & thank you in advance for your efforts!
LOADING ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON THE CIRCUMSTANCE. DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST ITEMS TO BE PICKED UP THE DAY OF SALE IF TIME PERMITS, 10AM – 4:30PM. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS THAT GET WEATHERED, DAMAGED OR LEFT BEHIND.
*NO ASSISTANCE WITH HAND LOADING. *FORKLIFT LOADING AVAILABLE ONLY.
*ANYTHING THAT EXCEEDS 2,000#, YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE FURTHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR LOADING.
WE WILL NOT LOAD ANYTHING THAT EXCEEDS THAT LIMIT. ASSISTANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO GUIDE THE TRANSPORT COMPANIES IN LOADING THE EQPT. THEMSELVES.
BE AWARE: WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR ACCIDENTS OF ANY KIND ON MACHINERY / EQUIPMENT WHILE UNLOADING EQUIPMENT & LOADING EQUIPMENT.
Items must be paid for on the day of the sale or within 48 hours (Next Business Day) of the purchase at our location

If paid with a credit/debit card over the phone, the total is not to exceed $1,500 of the purchase amount. If your amount exceeds $1,500 in total, you must wire the funds to the account information shown at the bottom of your unpaid invoice emailed to you. You must call our office to complete the process before charging your credit/debit card. Please respect the process and follow our instructions. Items are to be removed from the premises with a paid invoice. Mon. – Wed. 9am – 4:30pm.

*If you are buying for Resale, Ag or Timber, please have your Valid certificates available for the exemption of sales tax.

You can surrender this Texas Certified Judgment Form to the State of Texas ONLY (No other state) and register for a Texas Title. For Dealer Vehicles/Trailers, it will be disclosed on the description as "Special Instructions" to identify that on those vehicles/trailers, you "MUST PAY DEALER ALL TT&L FEES FOR TITLE & REGISTRATION. VEHICLE MUST NOT BE REMOVED FROM PREMISES UNTIL PROOF OF TT&L HAS BEEN PAID TO THE DEALER. NO EXCEPTIONS. WE WILL PROVIDE THE CONTACT’S NAME & PHONE # OF THE DEALER ONCE IT'S BEEN PAID FOR. Keep in mind that the person registered to bid is to whom all title and paperwork will be assigned to.
