The items in this auction are located at 3 different locations: 620 N. Tyler St in Covington, 1305 N. Florida St in Covington & 77 Lapin St in Mandeville. Each items location will be listed in the lot description.
UPDATE: Payment Location: 620 N. Tyler St in Covington, Louisiana. We will be in the Hall of Excellence Bldg facing N. Tyler Street. No payments will be accepted at the other locations.

Removal ends at 2PM each checkout day. Removal is auction day until 2PM, Friday 7/25 from 8AM to 2PM, and Monday 7/28 to Tuesday 7/29 from 8AM to 2PM. No weekend removal for this auction. Auction company will assist in loading if possible, however loading/removal is full responsibility of purchaser. There is no loading equipment at the auction sites. All items must be removed by Tuesday 7/29 or will be considered abandoned. No exceptions.
Auction Company DOES NOT ship or package, Local Pick Up Only. There is no loading dock or ramp for removal/loading purposes.
