ARE NOT PICKED UP BUY DEADLINE THEY WILL BE FORFEITED AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS.

HOME OWNER WILL BE THERE OT SHOW YOU TO YOUR ITEM(S) HOWEVER THERE WILL NOT BE ANYONE TO HELP LOAD ITEMS BE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN HELP.

HIGH BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE REMOVAL OF ITEMS AND ANY DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE.

Local Pick-Up: Please visit our website to schedule a local pickup. Simply click on the Schedule an Appointment section of our front page (right in the middle, under Crawford Family Auctions). The scheduling calendar is available Monday through Friday 11:00am to 4:00pm. We automatically consider anyone within a 60 mile radius of the auction house to be a local pick up, unless contacted by the purchaser to ship. Buyer must call if they want their item shipped and they receive an invoice marked as Local Pick Up.
If you are a Local Pick Up, you must pick up your auction winnings within 10 business days of purchase date or be subject to a $5 per day (per invoice) storage fee not to exceed $100. After 20 business days if items have not been picked up by the owner and no special arrangements have been made with the Auction House, then the items will become abandoned goods and disposed of at the auction house's discretion.

Shipping:

The auction company will arrange packing & shipping through USPS & FedEx unless otherwise noted. Some items cannot or will not be shipped - please review items descriptions before bidding. Please see the Shipping section of our policies for more details. Envelopes ship USPS but only low value (sub $20) lots. Larger items will ship USPS Flat Rate. Items that do not fit flat rate will be shipped FedEx.
We charge real shipping cost + handling/materials and applicable insurance, fees, etc.
Insurance will be applied to orders over $100.
All ammo/hazardous materials get shipped UPS.
Freight is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
All international purchases go priority mail or FedEx
Address changes or special packing requirements need to be emailed in by 12:00PM PST the Monday after the sale.

Payment:Your account will be charged initially for your purchase total including buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Then you will be charged again for all applicable shipping & handling charges (unless otherwise stated on your invoice). Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. (See Shipping Terms)
Payment must be remitted within 5 business days of the auctions close, or a $35 NSF fee will be applied to the invoice. If after 5 more business days (10 business days from end of auction) the invoice has not been paid then the buyer will lose the rights to their winnings, the purchased lots will be resold in auction, and the buyer will be reported to Proxibid as a non-payer. This WILL affect the buyers ability to participate in our future auctions as well as most other auctions on Proxibid. We highly recommend paying and communicating with the Auction House to avoid this.
