Fee schedule:
Antiques and transfers to be shipped are not to be charged a transfer fee.
Local Transfer: $20 per firearm for local purchases for processing state and federal forms.
All applicable state and federal forms and laws will be adhered to. Local purchasers are required to fill out the ATF 4473 (and WA FIR-652-001 for hand guns) as well as ATF multiple firearms form as applicable by law.
Out of state purchasers are required to ensure that the firearm is legal in their state and that all state and federal laws are complied with in their state.
All local transfers are to take place at the following office address on the Saturday after the auction or scheduled during regular business hours after that.

Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
All local hand gun transfers are required to adhere to a five (5) day waiting period that starts on the day the forms are filled out and mailed to the local LEO unless the purchaser has, on their person, a valid state Concealed Pistol License.
Active duty military who do not have a valid Washington Driver’s License are required to present a valid military ID and a copy of their current orders along with their state driver’s license.
Purchasers with a valid WA CPL are encouraged to bring this as it speeds up the transfer process by negating the requirement to call NICS to complete the back ground check.

WWII Japanese Nambu 94 Officcers Pistol & Holster Lot #103 (Sale Order 109 of 284) Caliber is 8x22 Nambu. Comes with 2 clips(1 numbers match to Pistol) and thought to be original holster! Nambu Type 94 pistol was adopted by Imperial Japanese Army in 1934 (year 2594 of the contemporary Japanese calendar). It was developed to complement and eventually replace the older Type 14 Nambu pistol in military service, but limited industrial capabilities of the Imperial Japan didn't let it happen. Nambu Type 94 pistol is short recoil operated, locked breech weapon. The trigger is of single action type, with internal (concealed) hammer. Manual safety lever is located at the left side of the frame, above and to the rear of the grip panel. The single stack box magazine has capacity of just 6 rounds, magazine release button is located at the base of the trigger guard. Appears to be in good, firing condition.
