CC&R is acceptable as long as firearm purchased qualifies. The winning bidders credit card will be charged for the purchase at the conclusion of the auction. All items (except ammo) are shipped USPS Priority mail with insurance. A packing fee of $15 per gun and the actual USPS shipping fees will show up on your credit card as a separate charge. Descriptions and condition reports are based on a visual inspection of the item. We have made no examination of any internal mechanical workings or firing mechanisms. As always, you should have your firearms inspected and serviced by a qualified gunsmith. Buyers should be aware of their local firearm laws and restrictions.
