Chickering 1846 Square Grand Lot #71 (Sale Order 70 of 112) With serial number 7440 this is an 1846 model Chickering square grand piano. This piano has only had two owners in it’s 165 year history. The original owners were from New York and took delivery of it there. Later they moved to Minnesota in a covered wagon and brought the piano with them. It is still in playable condition and as far as we can tell is nearly all original with the exception of new under-key felts. It does have some loose veneer on the legs otherwise the case is in good condition for it’s age.

It is an older model, but unsure of the exact age.

Baldwin Living Room Grand Lot #104 (Sale Order 100 of 112) We acquired this Baldwin grand as an incomplete project. It is complete although in numerous pieces at the present time. The cabinet has been stripped and needs to be finished. The plate has been repainted. The bass strings have been replaced, but the new bass strings have not yet been installed. A guesstimate would be $500-700 to get it finished, re-assembled and tuned. Unsure of the age.

1910 Starr 5’5” grand piano Lot #105 (Sale Order 101 of 112) This very nicely kept Starr grand piano was a local trade in to our shop. We simply did some cleaning and polishing and made some routine adjustments. Starr was a very popular make of piano during the early 1900s. This very nice, older used grand would be a great addition to the fine furniture of your home as well as a fine, playable instrument.
