I have owned the combine for over ten years and it has been very well cared for.
I have a 30' 8000 flex header with the schumacher sickle and Crary Air Reel.
I bought this header new and it is in great condition. I also have a Rake-Up pick up header with very low acres that is also in great condition.
The combine and headers are always stored indoors.

It comes with a newer 6 foot Howse rotary mower it has been well used, but in good shape
Befco Hurricane 6 foot flail mower.
The tractor and flail mower were purchased new in 2007.
The rotary mower was purchased new late last summer.
All have been very well maintained.
I purchased this equipment new in 2007 from Fischers Mill here in Oregon. I changed all the hydraulic fluids and filters every year ( never more than 300 hours).
Oil and fuel filters were changed between 100 and 130 hours as needed. I do have all receipts upon request. I have all the owner manuals for each piece of equipment. I also have extra filters such as the micro air (inner filter, spendy) I replaced the bearings on the flail roller and also have an extra set of belts.
On the tractor itself there is a dent on the left side rear tire fender and a crack in the taillight lenses.
The tractor has been very dependable.
