In 1906 the American Locomotive Company started manufacturing Berliet autos this probably one of the rarest of American Car Signs, 44x27 inches, under license using the name ALCO, thier initials. THe Locomotive logo was introduced in 1909. The ALCO, or American Berliet ceased production in 1913, with very few produced.
