Established in 1925. front of medal bears bust of Alfonso and Victoria, and reads "HOMENAJE DE LOS AYUNTAMIENTOS A LOS REYES VICTORIA EUGENIA Y ALFONSO XIII" [Tributeof the Councils to Majesties Victoria Eugenia and Alfonso XIII]. Back of medal reads "TODOS Y TODO POR LA PATRIA" [Everyone and everything for their country]. Some fraying to ribbon, otherwise very good condition.
