SHAWNEE "SMILEY PIG" SHAMROCK COOKIE JAR & SHAKER Lot #79 (Sale Order 79 of 334) Circa 1940s Shawnee cookie jar and salt/pepper shaker. Smiley is sporting a green neckerchief that ties in the back and coveralls with green shamrocks. In addition this jar highlights pink ears, nose and mouth; brown eyelashes, nails and toes. It has brown suspenders that cross in back and button in front with slash pockets. It is marked "U.S.A." on the bottom. Overall this jar measures approximately 11" tall x 6" wide. There are a few chips to the mouth of the cookie jar and one 2" hairline crack.

It lights up and creates static, but we were unable to tune in to a station.

CIRCA 1860s DOMED TOP TRUNK Lot #159 (Sale Order 159 of 334) Hardware reads "Pat'd Mar. 69" [1869]. This trunk is very well built and a higher quality than most. Exterior is oak and tin banded with oak protectors on the corners (one of the original leather straps is missing). The interior has two trays, the top has two compartments and the lid has a storage compartment. Trunk stands approximately 28" tall x 36" long (including handles) x 24" deep. Gary says, "This is one of the nicest trunks you'll ever find!"
