Financing: Sale is NOT contingent on financing. Make arrangements prior to bidding. Owner assisted financing is possible for qualified buyer with $30,000 down payment. Contact auction company for complete terms.
Registration: In order to register to bid, potential bidders must have a bank letter of guarantee, provide positive identification and agree to terms of sale
Buyers premium: No standard buyers premium will be charged. However, a 2% internet premium will be charged for online buyers. 2% will be added to high bid to determine final contract price.
Earnest Money and Purchase agreement: Immediately following the close of bidding, the approved high bidder must deposit with United Country Duncan’s Auction & Realty $10,000.00 earnest money in the form of a cashier’s check and sign a purchase agreement with the seller. Balance due at closing no later than 30 days after signing of contract.
