There is a $100 refundable cash deposit for Onsite Buyers ONLY for a bidders card. There is a 10% buyers premium on all items purchased live or online. 8.1% sales tax will be applied to the invoice total. Any payment other than cash will be charged a 3% administrative fee on purchases. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your credit card will be charged for the following; your purchases, buyer premiums, administrative fees, shipping and handling fees and applicable taxes. You will be charged after the auction, and again for shipping. Shipping will be charged after the cost is determined. Nothing will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. PLEASE NOTE; LOT 75 WILL NOT BE AVAILIBLE FOR PICK UP UNTIL 4/7/15. PLEASE NOTE; LOTS 26, 117, 118 AND 119 WILL NOT BE AVAILIBLE FOR PICK UP UNTIL THEIR CONTENTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. Any questions regarding these lot numbers, please call 702-656-2344 or email sales@vegasvalleyauctions.com. Invoices will be posted within 48 hours of the close of auction. All sales are final. Sales tax is 8.1% on purchases. Vegas Valley Auctions must receive documentation to constitute a sales tax exempt sale. This may include resale certificates, bills of lading, or shipping invoices. Any payment other than cash will be charged a 3% administrative fee on purchases. Items are sold AS IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. We will try to describe the merchandise to the best of our ability but it is the bidder's responsibility to be the sole judge of value and the bidder will be held responsible for their bid. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. Nothing will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Items not paid for after 7 days of sale will be sold at next auction and the past buyer will be responsible for all new and current fees. There will be a $35.00 fee for all declined credit cards.
