Class 3 Firearms: All firearms designated as Class 3 must be registered in compliance with the NFA registry. A $200 federal tax payment is required each time a functional NFA firearm is transferred to or from a private owner. This fee, as well as the Total Amount Due is due at the time of purchase in order to process the paperwork. The new owner of the Class 3 firearm will be required to complete 3 forms: 1) ATF Form 4, 2) fingerprint card, and 3) ATF form 5330.20 Certificate of Compliance. These forms will be provided to you by R&R Tactical. Note: if state or local law requires a permit or license to purchase, possess, or receive NFA firearms, a copy of the transferee’s (buyer) permit or license must accompany the application. R&R Tactical then mails the paperwork for the Federal Transfer Tax to BATFE (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives). The BATFE says that it can take up to 90 days or more for approval. R&R Tactical will receive back one of the Form 4’s (they are sent in duplicate) with a Federal Tax Stamp attached to it. This is given to the new owner when he/she picks up the NFA firearm. R&R Tactical makes no warranties or representations that the above-mentioned forms, fees, licenses and/or approvals will be sufficient for you to own or use your purchased firearm(s). Consult with your federal, state, and local laws, law enforcement personnel, or legal counsel to make sure you may legally own, possess, or use the purchased firearm(s) and that all fees, licenses and approvals are completed. R&R Tactical will contact the buyers when the transfers clear BATFE to finalize shipping instructions. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. On-line Bidding Terms: 1. R&R Tactical has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this event to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold "as-is" and it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Absolutely NO refunds will be offered. 2. FOR ONLINE BIDDING: There is a 20% Buyer's Premium added to your total purchase. 3. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. See above for payment forms accepted. 4. R&R Tactical will arrange packing and shipping. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. Fragile or large items will be shipped by a professional shipping company and may result in higher shipping costs. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. We must have you our your dealers copy of an FFL before shipping of Firearms. 5. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email the next business day. All items will be charged to the credit card on file unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to online auction start time as listed on Proxibid. The invoice you receive on the day after the auction will be used for billing- we will bill the credit card on file. 6. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between R&R Tactical and the bidder throughout any transactions. 7. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by R&R Tactical in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser’s failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be at the jurisdication of R&R Tactical’s choice. 8. R&R Tactical shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. 9. All sales are final. 10. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction. 11. The auction company reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person. 12. All announcements made during the online auction take precedence over any and all written, verbal or electronic statements.
