Charlie Adlard was born in Shrewsbury, UK a long time ago and still resides there, where his wife, two children, and two cats put up with him. He's been working in the industry for over 12 years now and has served his time since then on such titles as Judge Dredd, Marvel UK, X-Files, Mars Attacks, X-Men - Hellfire Club, Batman, The Establishment, 2000AD, Warlock and a slew of one-shots and fill-ins. He currently draws The Walking Dead and was Eisner nominated as best artist for it in 2006 - so he must be doing something right. This astonishing picture is the wraparound art to Volume 6 of the Omnibus hardcover slipcased edition of The Walking Dead. Pen/brush and ink. 22" x 17".
