Buyers not known by the auction company must present an irrevocable letter of guarantee from issuing bank, guaranteeing payment to Musser Bros. Auctioneers. Bank letters must be on bank letterhead, dated and signed by a bank officer, and (in substantially) the following form: ‘Mr./Mrs. _________ is a customer of this bank and we will guarantee payment of checks written on his/her account number ________ up to (specify amount) for purchases at your auction on (specify date).’ All items will be sold “As-Is, Where-Is” with all faults and without warranty, expressed or implied.
