Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Elysian Fields shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Elysian Fields will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase unless otherwise noted. The credit card used to qualify for the auction will be the one used to pay for any item won by the bidder holding the credit card. The credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged for the item won within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Items won will be shipped within 7 days after payment by registered buyer’s credit card. We will ship priority mail, with insurance and delivery confirmation. These shipping charges will be paid by the winning bidder, and added to the cost of the purchase price of the item won. Prospective bidders should ask any questions prior to the auction. Returns will be accepted, and a return of the purchase price of the item will be made, only if the item is substantially different from the description given. Shipping costs are not refundable.
