Your credit card will be charged for your purchases immediately following the auction. Any Buyer who's credit card does not clear will be charged $30.00 for the additional card processing, on top of all other charges. Anyone who does not complete the sale transaction within two days of the auction will be reported to Proxibid to be excluded from any further bidding priveleges, as well as reported to all credit reporting agencies, the National Auctioneers Association and the Florida Auctioneers Association as a "Bad Bidder Risk" and not allowed at further live or internet auctions conducted by Auction America Inc. and it's associates. GUN PURCHASES: Buyer is subject to all applicable local and federal laws, including background checks and restrictions. Firearms sales are non-refundable, non-contingency. Auction America Inc. is a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL Dealer). Buyers will pick up firearms at that dealer location, and be responsible for background check fees, as well as shipping and handling fees if firearms need to be shipped. Firearms are shipped from FFL dealer to second FFL dealer only, and buyer is responsible for any fees from all FFL dealers involved, as well as shipping/handling charges. Auctioneer recommends investigating the procedures and related fees prior to the auction, so prospective bidders know full costs involved in purchasing firearms at this auction. Buyers who do not pass background checks, or who do not comply with all terms of this auction will be charged for the guns they bought, then the guns will be sold in future auctions and the buyer will receive the proceeds less commissions charged.
