Live Auctions tend to move quickly so bid early if you are interested in an item. Mike Peterson Auctioneers is not responsible for missed bids and Auctioneer holds final discretion in determining the winning bidder/purchaser of each item. 3. All Sales are final and All announcements made day of sale take precedence over printed material and previous statements. 4. Shipping is never offered on Titled Vehicles, Trailers or other Large Equipment. Removal or Freight Arrangements for these items are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Shipping is offered for all other general items unless otherwise stated in that items description. Items listed as 'Freight Only' will be arranged through Craters & Freighters with the buyers input.
